The role supports wealth management advisors, working under the executive team to execute growth strategies and uncover new client opportunities across target segments. A strong curiosity about target clients and a bias for practical, data-driven action are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing within professional services, wealth management, or consulting.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise: segmentation, workflows, lifecycle stages, CMS, email, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze audience data and extract commercially useful insights.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification, and conversion.
• Autonomous worker with a track record of improving processes and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep audience profiles and segmentation to drive timely campaigns.
• Own lead follow-up and ensure context-rich handoffs to advisors.
• Build nurture sequences by life stage and readiness.
• Track movement from first touch to client and identify stall points.
• Manage marketing ops: calendars, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns.
