Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for SMB Ads to design and run fast-paced growth programs across acquisition, activation, lifecycle and retention. You’ll ship experiments, create campaigns, test landing pages, and apply AI-assisted workflows to improve conversion and value for small business advertisers.

Qualifications

• Have shipped campaigns, experiments, automations, landing page tests, lifecycle programs, or conversion initiatives.
• Experience working across ambigous, fast-moving growth problems with incomplete information.
• Fluent with AI tools to accelerate marketing execution, workflow automation, analysis, or prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, and early retention.
• Build email, in-product, landing page, audience, messaging, and offer tests for SMB advertisers.
• Use AI tools to prototype marketing assets, automate workflows, analyze funnel data, and generate variations.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing Operations to ship experiments and learnings.
• Support improvements to sign-up, onboarding, campaign creation, measurement, and advertiser education.
