You’ll interview experts, write high‑quality copy, and drive AI-assisted optimization across web content, FAQs, and assets. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships, measure impact on qualified demand and pipeline, and shape a scalable content program that strengthens the brand 'Familiar Form.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in content marketing, editorial, copywriting, SEO, or organic growth in B2B technology or another complex‑product category.
• An excellent writing and editing portfolio showing clarity, range, and the ability to explain technical subjects.
• Hands-on experience with keyword/topic research, content briefs, on-page SEO, internal linking, and performance reporting.
• Working understanding of technical SEO and the ability to partner effectively with web developers or specialists.
• Practical familiarity with AEO/GEO and AI-search measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and roadmap aligned to customer questions, product priorities, and business goals.
• Write and edit clear, differentiated content across web pages, articles, case studies, guides, emails, and sales materials.
• Interview customers, executives, engineers, and product teams to translate technical knowledge into credible stories.
• Lead SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, metadata, and content refreshes.
• Collaborate with Web, Engineering, and agencies on crawlability, performance, structured data, and sitemaps.
• Develop a practical AEO/GEO approach for AI-powered search visibility and citations.
• Oversee calendar, briefs, workflows, approvals, and CMS publishing.
