The role includes leading email campaigns, managing paid media partners, and tracking pacing to meet targets, with some travel for weekend races. Hybrid work enables remote days and in-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate blends fluency in email, paid media, and data tracking with a hands-on, metrics-driven mindset to shape strategy across multiple brands.
