Qualifications

• Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Have proven experience building and executing B2B demand generation campaigns within the technology industry.
• Have familiarity with government procurement cycles, public sector purchasing dynamics, and key government initiatives.
• Have experience supporting both direct sales organizations and channel partner networks.
• Have a track record of driving alignment across matrixed sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Have a data-informed mindset with experience using marketing data and CRM tools to measure business impact.

Responsibilities

• Aligning with sales leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies across target public sector audiences
• Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline
• Collaborating with direct sales teams and channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing programs
• Connecting regional sales needs with global marketing and product teams to drive alignment and execution
• Partnering with sales teams to improve lead conversion, funnel velocity, and pipeline performance
• Monitoring pipeline metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize marketing investments
• Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources toward high-impact programs and initiatives
