Job summary

Google is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager for YouTube Premium Marketing across multiple U.S. locations. The role leads scaled campaigns, sets global strategy, runs experiments, and drives subscriber growth for the YouTube Premium portfolio.

Collaboration with Product, Insights, regional PMMs, and cross-functional leads is essential to align plans and maximize impact. Ideal candidates will have strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and experience in consumer-facing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in growth marketing.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience working on a consumer-facing subscription product or service in the technology or entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

Build a content marketing funnel to drive subscriber growth across channels.
Design and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies for global acquisition and engagement.
Manage campaigns from concept to reporting, leveraging AI to maximize efficiency.
Analyze campaign data to extract insights and justify long-term growth.
Partner with teams to accelerate user growth and enhance the product experience.
