Job summary

Google's YouTube Marketing team is seeking a Growth Product Marketing Manager for YouTube Premium to lead scalable campaigns across channels, shape global strategy, run experiments, and align with Product, Insights, and regional PMMs.

You will partner with tech teams to evolve the subscription, help users discover the right product, and drive subscriber growth, engagement, and long-term retention worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 6 years of growth marketing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with consumer-facing subscription products in tech/entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Build a content marketing funnel to drive subscriber growth at scale.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end growth marketing strategies across channels.
• Manage campaigns from concept to launch, including AI-based optimization.
• Analyze data to derive growth insights and optimise conversion funnels.
• Partner with growth teams to accelerate user growth and improve product experience.
