Title Nine, a women-owned apparel brand based in Emeryville, CA, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own our paid search ecosystem and support paid social initiatives. You will helm strategy, performance, and optimization across Google Ads, PMAX, Shopping, and YouTube, partnering with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate balances budget efficiency with growth, leveraging data to maximize new customer acquisition while nurturing repeat buyers.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of hands-on performance marketing in DTC retail/e‑commerce or apparel.
• Deep mastery of Google Ads, Merchant Center, and PMAX mechanics.
• Experience with Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads.
• Data-driven analytics using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Creative insight for retail and apparel campaigns; strong PMAX asset mix.

Responsabilidades

• Own End-to-End Paid Search, including Google Ads, PMAX, and Shopping.
• Collaborate on product data feeds for visibility and accuracy.
• Optimize keywords, audiences, and ad copy; stay ahead of retail trends.
• Support Paid Social campaigns with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager.
• Build scalable, data-backed account structures and bidding strategies.
• Analyze cross-channel performance and ROAS across funnel stages.
