Job summary

Title Nine is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager in Emeryville, CA to own paid search strategy and performance. You will lead Google Ads, Shopping, PMAX and YouTube efforts and partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale paid social campaigns.

You will balance budget efficiency with volume to acquire new customers and maximize lifetime value for repeat buyers in a holistic DTC ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of direct, hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Experience in DTC retail, ecommerce or apparel is required.
• Deep technical mastery of Google Ads, Merchant Center, and PMAX.
• Operational understanding of Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok ads.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio or similar.
• Creative eye for retail and apparel ad content.
• Ability to build AI-driven workflows for reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid search ownership across Google channels.
• Manage product feed optimization for visibility and Shopping performance.
• Optimize keywords, bidding, audiences and ad copy.
• Support paid social campaigns with Senior Manager.
• Align search and social insights for a cohesive strategy.
