Amcor LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for assigned packaging products and markets, driving profitable growth. You will define market opportunities, develop value propositions, and run strategic and tactical marketing programs to outpace competition.

Collaborating with commercial, product line, and R&D teams, you will shape long-term plans and brand communications, while leveraging market research tools to inform decisions and ensure market advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of packaging industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of market research tools and marketing suites.
• Ability to work effectively across an organization and synthesize information to deliver concrete recommendations and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage growth strategy for assigned packaging products/markets.
• Define market opportunities and sizing, and plan promotional activities and pipelines.
• Inform organization how to win in the market, including product needs and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations and R&D to align on capacity and technology needs.
• Lead marketing communication and branding efforts to reinforce Amcor's market position.
