This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Commercial Leadership to translate customer insights and market opportunities into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing-related experience in marketing, product management, business development, or related disciplines.
• Experience in construction materials or related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing andsegment strategies that support commercial growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Lead customer segmentation, market research, product positioning, and value proposition development.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to support product commercialization and market expansion.
• Provide Sales teams with market intelligence, customer insights, and tools that strengthen commercial effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs and measure product adoption, market penetration, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.
• Manage marketing investments and budgets with a focus on measurable business impact.
