Job summary

Titan America in Florida, based in Deerfield Beach, seeks a Director of Market Development for Cement, Aggregates & SCMs to lead regional commercial strategy and drive profitable growth.

The role partners with the Senior Vice President and cross‑functional teams to align demand, pricing, and service with operating capabilities, while building strategic customer relationships and expanding market share across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience in construction materials or related sectors.
• Proven ability to develop regional strategies and drive profitable growth.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract-management skills.
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial and market-development strategies for Titan America's cement, aggregates, and SCMs businesses across the Florida Business Unit.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish annual commercial priorities, business plans, pricing strategies, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance-management routines to improve profitability and market share.
• Identify new markets, segments, and partnerships while maintaining executive-level customer relationships and satisfaction.
