Job summary

Empire Homes is seeking a Marketing Manager in the San Antonio, TX division to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy across all channels. You will drive traffic, generate leads, and ensure brand consistency while collaborating with Divisional leadership, Sales, Operations, Land Acquisition, Finance, and Corporate teams.

The role focuses on advertising, digital marketing, and market research to support community launches and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience in homebuilding, residential real estate, or related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and growth.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute divisional marketing strategies and campaigns to drive qualified traffic and support community sales goals.
• Manage divisional advertising, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, PR, signage, and promotions.
• Analyze market trends, demographics, and campaign metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership and Sales to develop community launch plans and promotions.
• Oversee website content, digital listings, online reputation, model home merchandising, and brand consistency.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure quality, performance, and budget compliance.
• Develop and manage divisional marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and improve lead generation and traffic conversion.
