The role manages digital, print, social, email, signage, and events; supports new community launches; analyzes performance; trains sales teams; and oversees budgets and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience in homebuilding/real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans for View Homes communities.
• Manages campaigns across digital, print, social, email, signage, and events.
• Supports new community launches, model openings, and grand openings.
• Ensures marketing aligns with sales goals and buyer demographics.
• Analyzes lead performance and ROI to improve traffic and sales.
• Maintains brand consistency across markets and materials.
• Trains sales teams on campaigns and programs.
• Develops division-level marketing budgets and tracks ROI.
• Collaborates with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
