You will lead paid search, paid social, and SEO efforts, with a strong emphasis on analytics, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales teams.

The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and offers a base salary of $90,000–$125,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid search and paid social experience, including budget management and bid optimization.
• Website and conversion-rate optimization experience, landing-page testing, analytics setup, and working knowledge of SEO.
• Technical requirements include Google Analytics, testing platforms such as Optimizely or VWO, Marketo, and Salesforce fluency.
• Clear writing and the ability to test messaging for a technical audience are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan funnel growth experiments across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention to improve pipeline.
• Build lifecycle and nurture programs for free-to-paid and expansion motions.
• Manage paid search, paid social, and retargeting activity to optimize CAC and quality.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations on campaigns and analytics.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for marketing operations.
