North Star Imaging (NSI) in Rogers, MN is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and lead NSI’s marketing strategy, execution, and performance across digital and traditional channels. You will translate insights into action and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

You will mentor a Marketing/Digital Specialist and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market success and measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in data analysis, market research, and quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategy with measurable results across digital and traditional channels.
• Experience with marketing technology stacks and demand generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own NSI’s marketing strategy and execution across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead and mentor Marketing/Digital Specialist.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive go-to-market plans.
• Manage marketing budget and vendor negotiations.
