Job summary

Runway is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and scale high-impact programs across our creator, partner, sponsorship, and growth ecosystem. This generalist role moves fluidly between strategy and execution and will own programs that reach priority audiences and drive demand.

In the near term, you will manage creator partnerships, evaluate sponsorship opportunities, and develop co-marketing with customers, technology partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building marketing campaigns, influencer, affiliate, or growth programs from 0 to 1.
• Commercially minded, highly organized, creative, and comfortable in ambiguity.
• Experience managing creator partnerships with a clear view of long-form vs short-form content.
• Ability to translate broad goals into concrete, executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator and influencer partnerships, including affiliates.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and build co-marketing programs with customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities, develop briefs, manage outreach, and coordinate execution.
• Track performance and recommend scaling, changes, or stops.
• Collaborate with growth, creative, comms, events, PMM, sales, and finance to ensure on-brand, outcome-driven programs.
