Job summary

Runway Financial, Inc. is seeking a Designer, Growth (Product Marketing) to craft high-volume performance assets across video, motion, and static formats. You’ll use Runway tools to generate on-brand visuals that drive conversions and collaborate with product marketing and growth teams.

You’ll help shape the visual storytelling for major campaigns, translating complex product capabilities into compelling assets while maintaining a consistent, high-velocity output across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or related role in tech/consumer company.
• Portfolio showing range across video ads, motion graphics and static performance creative with craft and art direction.
• Strong motion design skills; fluent in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent and can produce polished assets independently.
• Solid graphic design fundamentals applied to high-converting ad formats, not just editorial work.
• Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools with an art director's eye.
• Comfort with performance data and translating metrics into design changes.
• Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple campaigns without sacrificing quality.
• Experience collaborating with growth marketers and product teams in fast-moving environments.
• Experience in AI, creative tools or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats.
• Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets that are on-brand and well art directed.
• Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery from briefs or directions.
• Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value quickly and convincingly.
• Partner with Product Marketing and growth teams to develop integrated ad concepts with copy and design.
• Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing based on performance data.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints.
• Collaborate on go-to-market launches, translating new product capabilities into visual stories.
• Design for major paid channels, with fluency in platform specs and formats.
• Update GTM assets and templates; contribute to a library of design components and generative prompts.
