Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Director of Global Growth Marketing & Sales Enablement to lead the ADS insights, measurement and analytics function. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to scale advertising platforms and strengthen advertiser relationships in New York.

The role requires 10+ years in growth marketing/ads analytics, strong leadership, and a proven ability to turn insights into revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth marketing, digital advertising, analytics, or sales enablement.
• Proven leadership of marketing/analytics teams in a high-growth setting.
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement, attribution, experimentation, and analytics.
• Experience with major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent data fluency with large datasets and BI tools; able to translate data into actions.
• Experience building sales enablement programs that improve win rates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; influence at senior levels.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or quantitative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing teams and the ads insights, measurement & analytics org.
• Define growth strategies to increase advertiser acquisition, retention, expansion.
• Own insights and measurement agenda; develop dashboards and analyses.
• Translate data into prioritized recommendations to boost revenue and ROI.
• Build scalable sales enablement programs, playbooks, and tools.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.
• Set KPIs and cadences for marketing effectiveness and revenue impact.
• Drive cross-functional GTM alignment on ads packaging and value propositions.
• Recruit, mentor and grow high-performing marketing and analytics talent.
• Represent SpaceXSI externally with advertisers and agencies.
