• Growth mindset with curiosity and experiment-first approach
• Strong written communication and ability to present results to leadership
• Experience marketing to California, Texas, or other non-DC markets
• Familiarity with newsletter or subscription audience growth strategies

Responsibilities

• Drive first‑party data growth: email subscribers, newsletter signups, users, qualified leads with clear KPIs.
• Build pipeline for professional product sales and advertising partnerships across revenue lines.
• Execute go‑to‑market campaigns in key growth markets including California and other North American regions.
• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms; manage budgets for CPL/ROAS.
