Job summary

Eon is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States to architect and lead a data-driven growth engine for our B2B SaaS platform. You will own multi-channel campaigns, optimize landing pages, and manage budgets to drive enterprise pipeline.

You will experiment with AI-assisted strategies, analyze KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Design, Content, Ops, and Sales to ensure message-to-market fit and high ROI. The role demands startup agility and a proactive communicator.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning multi-channel digital acquisition programs in B2B SaaS or digital-first enterprise.
• Proven track record scaling SEM, SEO, and paid social to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Deep proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console, and CMS/AB testing tools.
• AI-forward: hands-on experience with AI/ML tools for media management, creative iteration, or CRO.
• Data-driven with advanced Excel/Sheets and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Growth Engine across paid search, paid social, display, outbound, and organic channels to drive enterprise leads.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution: ad creation, landing pages, testing, and budget management to maximize ROAS.
• Develop a test-and-learn roadmap (A/B, multivariate, AI-assisted) to improve CPOpportunity and scale evergreen programs.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools to streamline media buying, creative generation, and UX personalization.
• Maintain a KPI dashboard (MQLs, SAOs, Revenue) and produce weekly actionable performance insights.
• Collaborate with Design, Content, Ops, and Sales for message-to-market fit and smooth lead handoffs.
• Partner with Director of Demand Gen to forecast spend and model growth while maintaining efficiency.
