Job summary

Eon is building a new growth engine inside the growth team, giving you significant ownership to identify and implement AI-driven automation and data-enabled features. You will connect data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and the website to drive scalable customer acquisition.

As the first Growth Engineer, you’ll define the foundation for a growing growth organization, shipping quickly with an emphasis on practical impact and scalable systems that compound over time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production software with Python/TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Deep experience with AI coding tools, LLM APIs.
• Builder mindset focused on shipping quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth use cases and build AI/automation features across platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, website).
• Create free tools, calculators, and resources that drive customer adoption and experiment with referral/product-led mechanics.

• This is not a traditional marketing engineering role; you will sit inside the growth team and use software, AI, data, APIs, automation, and product mechanics to build new ways for Eon to reach the right customers.
• As the first Growth Engineer, you will have significant ownership over what gets built and tested, creating the foundation for a larger growth team.

What you'll do:

• Build Eon's growth engine by identifying and building AI and automation use cases, connecting data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and the website.
• Build free tools, calculators, and technical resources that target customers actually want to use, and experiment with referral and product-led mechanics.

What you bring:

• 3+ years building production software with strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Deep experience with AI coding tools, LLM APIs, and a builder mindset focused on shipping quickly.
