Job summary

Eon is building a new category around cloud backup data. We’re seeking a Growth Engineer to own and expand our growth engine using AI, automation, and data-driven workflows. You’ll ship production systems, tests, and experiments that compound over time.

You’ll connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and product data to uncover signals, personalize outreach, and measure results. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Revenue Ops to scale demand and distribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience with LLM APIs, agents, or AI-powered workflows.
• Strong systems-thinking: APIs, data, automation, web, and third-party platforms.
• Builder mindset and a track record of shipping.

Responsibilities

• Build Eon's growth engine with AI and automation use cases.
• Create workflows and agents using Claude, Clay, LLM APIs, and custom code.
• Integrate data across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and internal sources to trigger actions.
• Develop systems for account research, intent signals, outreach personalization, experiments, and measurement.
• Own the technical side of eon.io, including page architecture and CRO infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to extend core systems.
