We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to support a high-profile business executive and entrepreneur in strengthening their digital presence, growing their audience, and improving online conversion. The ideal candidate is a versatile growth marketer who can work across SEO/AEO, website optimisation, conversion, analytics, audience and community growth, and paid marketing. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, execute initiatives, test ideas, and use data to determine what’s working.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Improve organic visibility through SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
• Optimise website content, landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Analyse website, audience, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop initiatives to increase audience reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Support community marketing and identify relevant channels to build the audience.
• Manage or support targeted paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Test new growth ideas, messaging, campaigns, and acquisition channels.
• Track performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with communications and social media specialists to align growth initiatives.
• Communicate directly with senior stakeholders on progress, results, and next steps.

Requirements

• Previous experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SEO, website optimisation, analytics, and conversion funnels.
• Experience executing strategies across both organic and paid digital channels.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to guide decisions.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative from strategy through execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
