You’ll be part of the marketing team, which focuses on driving growth through targeted campaigns, optimizing user acquisition, and building brand awareness. Our marketing efforts are data-driven and centered around our well-defined ICP and market strategy, ensuring every initiative is aligned with business goals.
What You Will Do
- Own the execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit — from launch through continuous optimization.
- Translate growth hypotheses into structured experiments by selecting audiences, crafting messages, running tests, and documenting insights that drive business growth.
- Build and manage full-funnel growth systems that integrate paid traffic, organic reach, social media, landing pages, and email workflows to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Track campaign performance holistically by analyzing post-click behavior, lead quality, demo conversions, and downstream metrics in HubSpot and product analytics tools.
- Collaborate closely with designers, the content team, sales, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment across all initiatives.
What We Expect
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of managing $10K+/month ad budgets.
- Hands-on experience across multiple growth channels — including paid ads, organic social, influencer activations, email campaigns, partnerships, and brand collaborations — with a clear understanding of how to integrate them into cohesive growth funnels.
- A solid grasp of B2B funnels and attribution complexity, with the ability to connect paid campaigns to CRM outcomes across long decision cycles and multiple touchpoints.
- Strong technical and analytical skills — confident in Meta Ads and Google Ads, fluent in key KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and ROI, and experienced with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to independently generate hypotheses, run experiments, and interpret key data points to inform strategic decisions.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
