About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic marketer who can blend creativity with strategy. This role is perfect for someone who can craft compelling content and also has a knack for driving demand generation. You'll be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative and ensuring our message reaches and resonates with the right audience.


What You'll Do
Content Marketing
  • Develop and write engaging content for our website, including feature pages and industry-related articles.
  • Create compelling customer stories that showcase the impact of our software.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop marketing materials for demo decks and customer verticals.
  • Assist in creating internal communications in collaboration with the Customer Experience team.
  • Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices to enhance visibility.
  • Provide campaign results and analysis to VP of Customer Growth.
Demand Generation
  • Manage and optimize our presence on platforms like Capterra and G2.
  • Plan and execute retargeting/remarketing campaigns using tools like Feathr or similar.
  • Develop and manage drip campaigns to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new top-of-funnel and demand generation strategies.
  • Provide valuable insights on trends in the digital marketing industry that impact our work, including executive presentations and ongoing teamwide education on best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, demand generation, or a similar role. Previous SaaS or association marketing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities; proficiency in SEO and content management systems.
  • Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a creative flair; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $75k with potential adjustments based on your experience. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package as part of our comprehensive compensation package that includes fully paid family health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) match.
