What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager who is excited to grow and drive consumer adoption of Everfit Marketplace. You’ll own strategy and execution across consumer channels—from organic and referral growth to SEO, paid campaigns, and live activations. Your job is testing, learning, and scaling what works to bring new consumers to the platform and keep them engaged. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, and Marketplace teams to turn Everfit into the go-to destination for health and wellness seekers. This isn’t a typical 9–5 role. You’ll need to work flexibly across time zones to connect with consumers where they are—creating content and testing messages, running global activations, and building community worldwide.

What you’ll do at Everfit

  • Own and execute consumer acquisition strategies across organic, referral, viral, and paid channels
  • Build and manage consumer-facing channels, including social, SEO, partnerships, and email
  • Craft campaigns and content that guide consumers from brand discovery to coach connection and subscription
  • Collaborate with Everfit All-Star coaches to co-create social content that attracts new consumers
  • Plan and lead consumer-facing events, activations, and community experiences that drive engagement
  • Develop and test new viral and organic growth channels through creative experiments
  • Create helpful content (guides, onboarding flows, videos) to support feature adoption and product education
  • Work with Client Support to reduce friction and close feedback loops
  • Collect testimonials and user stories to build trust and fuel campaigns
  • Track and report on key metrics related to consumer growth, conversion, and adoption

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2C growth, brand, or consumer marketing (SaaS, marketplace, or health tech a plus)
  • Proven experience leveraging creators or influencers to drive real, measurable results
  • A strong grasp of brand strategy and experience shaping narratives that move consumers from awareness to conversion
  • Experience building and owning campaigns across channels like social, SEO, referral, paid, and partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns or activations with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience building or managing communities that foster engagement and connection
  • A data-driven and analytical approach—you’re comfortable with funnel metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for making messages resonate
  • Familiarity with common SaaS marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Intercom)
  • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and follow through in a fast-paced environment

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience in consumer growth roles at a SaaS or two-sided marketplace
  • Knowledge of health, wellness, or fitness consumer trends and communities
  • Experience building or optimizing referral or viral programs
  • Familiarity with influencer or partnership marketing for B2C audiences
  • Experience organizing live or digital events aimed at consumer engagement
