You will leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and Surfer to accelerate content creation, research, automation, and campaign performance while collaborating with design, development, and marketing stakeholders to build scalable systems.

Qualifications

Growth Marketing Manager – AI, SEO & Organic Growth

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead organic growth, content execution, SEO, and marketing operations.

This is an AI-first marketing role for someone who can execute independently and use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper AI to accelerate content, research, automation, and campaign performance.

You'll work closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to build scalable marketing systems and drive consistent organic growth.

What You'll Own

Social Media & Content

• Plan and execute organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Create blogs, PR content, social posts, and marketing assets
• Repurpose long-form content across multiple channels
• Manage publishing through Buffer or Hootsuite
• Collaborate with designers using Canva
• Track engagement and optimize content based on performance

SEO & Organic Growth

• Own keyword and content strategy to increase organic visibility
• Develop and execute backlink acquisition strategies
• Conduct competitor, keyword, and SEO analysis using Ahrefs and SEMrush
• Work with developers and content teams on SEO improvements
• Use Google Search Console and Surfer SEO to monitor and improve performance

Website & Marketing Infrastructure

• Coordinate website projects using ASTRO and headless WordPress
• Manage content updates, landing pages, and marketing-related website initiatives
• Ensure website infrastructure supports SEO, campaigns, and scalable content publishing

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Support email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations
• Track performance through HubSpot and Google Analytics
• Improve quarterly marketing and shareholder reporting
• Coordinate projects across marketing, design, and development using Slack and Asana

AI-Driven Marketing

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, and similar tools for content, research, and analysis
• Build AI-assisted workflows that improve marketing execution speed
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations
• Strong social media and organic growth experience
• Hands-on content creation experience across blogs, social media, and digital marketing
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, backlinks, and organic search
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Canva
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into real marketing workflows
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to independently execute in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• PR or backlink outreach experience
