Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition, demand generation, and brand awareness across key B2B markets.

This individual will own and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels while partnering closely with sales and leadership teams to generate pipeline, increase conversions, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has experience marketing SaaS and AI-powered products to B2B audiences and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation

• Develop and execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
• Support Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high‑value accounts.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales & revenue objectives.

Digital Marketing

• Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and retargeting strategies.
• Improve website conversion rates and campaign performance.

Content & Campaign Development

• Develop campaign messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate on webinars, thought leadership content, customer success stories, and sales enablement assets.
• Support product launches and growth initiatives.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

• Measure campaign performance, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI.
• Build reporting dashboards and present insights to leadership.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation systems.

SaaS & AI Marketing

• Develop positioning and messaging for AI-enabled software solutions.
• Conduct competitive market analysis.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies for new products and services.
