Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the growth strategy across paid, demand gen, lifecycle, and website optimization. You will lead a team of marketers and partners to acquire and monetize customers in a highly data-driven, experimentation-focused environment.

You’ll collaborate with sales, partnerships, and product/engineering to hit acquisition and revenue goals while staying true to Mercury’s brand and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth marketing experience.
• Experience hiring and developing marketing teams (min 5+ years).
• Breadth across growth marketing channels including paid, SEO, and martech.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy across all growth marketing areas (paid, demand gen, lifecycle, website optimization).
• Lead and develop a marketing team (11 people) and external agencies.
• Define and report full-funnel KPIs with data science support.
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and product/engineering on growth strategy.
• Balance brand fidelity with aggressive growth and customer value.
