• 15+ years building media investment strategies for fast-growing brands.
• Proven ability to deliver short-term results while building scalable systems.
• Strong measurement discipline: attribution, incrementality, MMM or similar.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Track record of managing agencies and vendors effectively.
