Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience running performance marketing channels at a B2C company.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, and LLM visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across paid and organic discovery: paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, and LLM-driven search; allocate budget across channels.
• Lead and develop the team of channel owners to drive growth and performance.
• Own attribution and reporting across paid and organic channels using data-driven insights.
• Partner with brand marketers on integrated campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition.
• Collaborate with creative to produce assets that drive engagement and conversions.
• Test new channels beyond the core set to capture market opportunities.
