Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with ownership of lead/demand generation results.
• Hands-on leader who can build a marketing function and own outcomes.
• Experience across multi-channel demand gen: email, social, events, content.
• Strong analytics mindset with ROI-focused optimization.
• HubSpot knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand gen including email, social, podcasts, and events.
• Build ABM and lead-scoring programs and nurture sequences.
• Launch a partner/referral program and identify new market opportunities.
• Optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths; ensure clean lead handoff with sales.
• Own website and SEO; manage paid digital advertising across platforms.
• Run content calendars for blogs, social, email, and podcasts; measure impact.
• Create sales enablement assets: decks, lead magnets, infographics, checklists.
• Plan and run live events, webinars, and speaking engagements; build industry relationships.
• Lead internal marketing staff and external vendors toward accountable results.
• Build dashboards and analyze lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
