You will optimize landing pages, connect campaigns to CRM, and mentor the Digital Marketing Specialist while aligning with Content, Brand, and Sales to hit key KPIs. This fast-paced, data-driven role offers opportunities to shape the in-house playbook.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of performance or digital marketing experience, including hands-on management of paid search and paid social.
• Experience owning a company website, content management, and landing page optimization.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search, paid social, CTV, retargeting, and other performance channels, bringing strategy, execution, and optimization in-house.
• Own CarolinaHandling.com and the broader digital experience, including site performance and conversions.
• Develop and manage paid media budgets, targeting, and campaign execution to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
