Job summary

OX Security is seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale every digital channel that drives awareness, demand, and pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll build the digital engine behind our brand and growth efforts, turning strategy into always-on performance across paid, organic, web, email, and marketing technology.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize every digital touchpoint for attention,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing, demand generation or growth marketing with leadership.
• Experience in B2B tech, cybersecurity, SaaS or fast-moving tech.
• Proven ability to scale programs into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Expertise across paid media, SEO, marketing automation, email, and web/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale our digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/organic, website, email, marketing automation, and ABM programs
• Build and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize pipeline and ROI
• Lead demand generation programs end-to-end - from targeting and creative to landing pages, nurture flows, and conversion optimization
• Own the website and digital properties as a growth engine - continuously testing, optimizing, and improving performance
• Define, track, and report on KPIs across the full funnel: traffic, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution
• Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution) and ensure clean, actionable data
• Partner with Brand and Content to translate creative and messaging into high-performing digital campaigns
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools, and bring new channels and tactics into the mix
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and external digital partners
