Job summary

Upbound is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to own the end-to-end funnel for the Upbound platform. You will lead campaigns, growth programs, and the marketing stack, steering both enterprise and product-led motions with AI-native approaches.

You will manage a growth team, drive paid media strategy, and collaborate with product and engineering to optimize activation to paid conversion. This is a remote-friendly, senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with growth/demand generation leadership.
• Hands-on with ad platforms, marketing automation, dashboards, and data.
• Experience marketing to technical buyers and leading growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel growth for the Upbound platform and open-source components.
• Set campaign roadmap, budget, and provide regular reviews with marketing and sales.
• Manage paid media, channel mix, targeting, and funnel reporting.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, attribution models, and self-serve activation flow.
• Lead AI-native marketing tool adoption and automate reporting.
