Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach junior reps through their first performance-driven negotiation.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
• Stand up a people-management-driven scoring model the team buys into.
• Line up fast-moving sponsorships to boost Carlyle Group visibility.
• Script a webinar to fill the sales and marketing funnel.
• Open doors in Springfield, IL beyond what a manager title alone can.
• Qualify inbound leads and route them through the funnel efficiently.
