Job summary

Varonis is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to own the engine turning category leadership into pipeline, revenue, and market share. Reporting to the CMO, this leader oversees demand gen, content, social, and marketing operations.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and a bias toward action. You will drive worldwide pipeline generation, craft distribution strategies for launches, and optimize SEO/AEO to attract high-intent traffic while leveraging AI-enabled channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Led demand generation or growth teams at scale.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

• Own worldwide pipeline generation across all online channels with clear targets.
• Build distribution strategies for product launches, acquisitions, and big marketable moments.
• Oversee SEO/AEO strategies to attract high-intent organic traffic and ensure accurate representation in search/AI outputs.
• Design and run creative experiments to generate buzz and memorable brand moments.
• Run marketing ops with clean data, tight lead handoffs, and trusted attribution.
• Write compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and in-product messaging.
• Partner with creators or publications to amplify reach.
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc., hitting CAC/ROAS goals.
• Build and coach a high-impact marketing team.
