EZ4X4 is seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing & Growth to lead our fast-growing, patent-backed automotive brand. You will own the marketing engine across websites, ecommerce, social, SEO, paid media, influencer partnerships, and retail channels, driving demand and brand equity.

The role demands hands-on leadership, obsession with metrics, and the ability to build audiences, create compelling content, and scale performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building brands, growing revenue, and leading marketing teams.
• Experience with automotive aftermarket, enthusiast brands, or high-growth ecommerce is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing operation across websites, ecommerce, SEO, paid media, social media, Amazon/Walmart, and B2B channels.
• Lead marketing analytics, KPIs, and growth experiments; optimize ROAS and CAC.
• Manage designers, video creators, agencies, freelancers and be hands-on when needed.
• Build audiences, create compelling content, develop video, identify trends, collaborate with influencers.
