Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Growth Marketing Manager for a travel client in Miami. You will lead hands-on audience growth, segmentation, and nurturing of high-value customers while launching new products and experiences.

You will develop partnerships, acquisition strategies, and execute campaigns across channels including CTV, programmatic, paid social, Meta, CRM, and direct mail. You will measure performance, refine messaging, and uncover new audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer growth, growth marketing, or related experience.
• Hands-on execution across customer acquisition and demand-generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with audience measurement.
• Experience with mixed-media campaigns (CTV, programmatic, paid social, Meta).
• CRM-driven segmentation and lifecycle marketing experience, ideally HubSpot.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, product, creative, and other teams.
• Experience developing audience segments/ICPs.
• Background in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or sports marketing.
