Job summary

Hylo is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to scale our presence across Crypto Twitter, drive product adoption, and grow our brand in the Solana ecosystem. You will work directly alongside the founding team to shape our marketing strategy, create content, and execute campaigns that turn attention into users, TVL, and revenue.

You’ll own social and distribution, build AI-driven content and visuals, lead GTM efforts, run co-marketing with DeFi partners, and grow the ecosystem through community

Qualifications

• Active DeFi participant with strong Solana knowledge.
• Has grown accounts and executed marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Established relationships with influential Solana voices.
• Strong writing and creative skills; uses AI tools for content.
• Autonomous, fast-moving, able to generate attention with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage Hylo's X presence, publishing 2–3 posts daily with the team.
• Use AI to create visuals, videos, and content; collaborate with the creative studio.
• Lead product launches and marketing campaigns; coordinate KOLs and organic growth.
• Run co-marketing initiatives with DeFi partners and engage the Solana community.
• Experiment with new formats and channels; track engagement and conversions.
