Job summary

Proto is seeking a hands-on growth and marketing generalist to own Proto’s social channels, craft AI-powered workflows, and drive partnerships and community engagement. You will work directly with the CEO to shape BD, partnerships, and client management, leveraging AI tools to maximize impact across channels.

You’ll lead influencer and media outreach, build a KOL program, and co-market with Solana ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

5+ years doing marketing or growth full-time at a tech or tech-adjacent startup or company
2+ years of full-time experience in web3/crypto
Hands-on social and content experience, ideally running a brand’s voice end to end.
Some familiarity writing PR.
AI wizard: you build your own AI workflows and use AI to analyze, post across channels and generate longform content and video.

Responsibilities

Own social: manage Proto’s presence on X, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and run AI-based workflows for analysis, drafting, posting, and longform content creation.
Drive earned media by coordinating with PR agencies to place Proto in crypto, finance, and mainstream outlets.
Run the KOL, influencer, and partner program across Solana, AI, and retail equities trading.
Build referral and loyalty programs and iterate on incentives.
Co-market integrations with wallets and trading bots.
Own community strategy and manage the private waitlist beta communications.
