Job summary

Flint Labs is building a high-performance on-chain DEX on Solana and shipping MVPs for spot, borrow/lend and perps. The role is fully remote and reports directly to the founding team, with ownership of brand, content, and community growth from day one.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing, a track record of measurable growth, strong writing, and familiarity with DeFi or financial products. You’ll own partner relations, PR, and cross-channel campaigns in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Proven track record driving measurable growth.
• Strong writing skills and ability to produce compelling copy.
• Experience marketing DeFi, trading, or financial products.
• Experience building a web3 community.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels.
• Design and run full-funnel marketing growth strategies across acquisition, activation, trading, and retention.
• Own content across socials and blog, including threads, announcements, explainers, and thought leadership.
• Build and nurture a community of traders, builders, and advocates.
• Develop relationships with KOLs, crypto media, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead PR and communications around product launches, partnerships, and milestones.
