You will build dashboards, define KPIs, run email and drip campaigns, own the organic search roadmap, test paid channels, and partner with developers to improve site performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn traffic into pipeline through data-driven SEO and marketing efforts.
• Several years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing with ownership of results.
• Strong command of Google Analytics and Google Search Console; solid technical SEO knowledge.
• Experience with at least one major SEO platform and tools.
• Comfort working with developers and content teams to optimize site performance and UX.

Responsibilities

• Close the gap between lead capture and closed business; fix handoffs where leads go quiet.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to guide leadership on marketing spend and strategy.
• Run email and drip campaigns to warm leads until they are ready for sales.
• Own the organic search roadmap from keyword research to page-level optimization.
• Test paid search and social campaigns; scale what converts and cut what does not.
• Collaborate with developers and writers to improve site speed, structure, and content performance.
• Track search algorithm shifts and translate them into actionable moves for the team.
• Present findings to executives in clear language with recommendations.
