Responsibilities

• Manage customer acquisition, retention, LTV, and blended marketing efficiency across all channels.
• Build full-funnel growth roadmaps and allocate budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, and retail media networks.
• Lead a team of four specialists: Performance Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, Graphic Design, and Community Management.
