You will run rigorous testing frameworks, analyze spreadsheet-driven metrics, and ensure efficient budget pacing. This remote position fits US Eastern hours with a small, ambitious growth team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years performance media buying on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Strong testing discipline and spreadsheet analytics.
• Fluent English and aligned with US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and retail ad networks.
• Run structured creative testing frameworks across hooks, formats, landing pages, and value propositions.
• Manage budget pacing, ROAS, and CAC in real-time spreadsheets.
