Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media, performance, or growth marketing, owning Meta as a primary channel.
• $1M+ annual Meta spend personally accountable for, with a record of improving economics.
• Measurable improvement in CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, or first-purchase profitability, and levers used.
• D2C e-commerce with working grasp of inventory, fulfillment, margin, and high-SKU catalog.
• Creative testing you can speak to specifically: what you tested, what won, and what you did next.
• D2C unit economics you can hold together under questioning.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing for new customer acquisition with a team of eight to ten, split between Austin and India.
• Read and analyze performance daily to determine where to adjust creative, audience, landing page, or bidding.
• Implement a creative testing program with a cadence and a repeatable method to identify winning products.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale campaigns and manage budgets, reporting to senior leadership.
