Job summary

Gold & Aron is recruiting on behalf of an AI infrastructure unicorn building real-time foundation models at scale. They are hiring a hands-on Senior Director of Growth Marketing to own their inbound and self-serve acquisition engine, reporting to the VP of Demand & Growth.

You will lead discovery strategy across SEO and AI search, scale CRO programs, and co-own a PLG motion from signup to paid. This is a hands-on role to build systems, hire a team, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in growth marketing at B2B tech with data-driven CRO experience.
• Hands-on SEO fundamentals and ability to scale content and AI-driven discovery.
• Proven PLG ownership, onboarding and activation with Product collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery strategy across SEO and AI search to stay top of mind.
• Scale the website through an always-on CRO and experimentation program.
• Co-own the PLG funnel from signup through activation and paid.
• Build AI-powered workflows to scale content, testing and onboarding.
• Define metrics and reporting tying inbound and self-serve to pipeline.
• Build the function from scratch: hands-on, then hire and lead a team.
