Gold & Aron is recruiting on behalf of an AI infrastructure unicorn building real-time foundation models at scale. They are hiring a hands-on Senior Director of Growth Marketing to own their inbound and self-serve acquisition engine, reporting to the VP of Demand & Growth.

You will lead discovery strategy across SEO and AI search, scale CRO programs, and co-own a PLG motion from signup to paid. This is a hands-on role to build systems, hire a team, and drive revenue.

Gold & Aron is an executive search firm. We are recruiting on behalf of our client: an AI infrastructure unicorn building real-time foundation models at scale. They are hiring a hands-on Senior Director of Growth Marketing to own their inbound and self-serve acquisition engine, reporting to the VP of Demand & Growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's discovery strategy across SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO), so it stays top of mind as buyers move from search engines to LLMs.
• Scale the website into a top pipeline channel through an always-on CRO and experimentation program.
• Co-own the PLG funnel with Product, from first signup through activation and conversion to paid.
• Build AI-powered workflows that scale content, testing and onboarding without adding headcount.
• Define the metrics and reporting that tie inbound and self-serve performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Build the function from scratch: start hands-on, then hire, lead and own budget for a growing team.

Ideal Profile:

• 12+ years in growth marketing at B2B tech companies, with strong SEO fundamentals and a record of running data-driven CRO programs.
• Hands-on experience getting a brand cited and recommended by LLMs, with measurable results.
• Proven experience owning a PLG motion, building and improving onboarding and activation flows with Product.
• Track record marketing to developers or technical buyers, ideally for API-first or developer tools products.
• AI-native operator who builds systems and automation instead of repeating manual work, and turns market shifts into a clear plan.
• Senior leader who has managed teams and owned hiring and budget, and is still comfortable executing on their own.
