Job summary

Hydrafacial, a global leader in beauty tech, seeks a Senior Manager, Performance & Organic Growth Marketing to drive paid media and SEO/AEO for Hydrafacial and SkinStylus. You will own strategy, testing, and optimization to build scalable digital channels that generate device leads and fuel demand.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, and analytics, manage agency partners, optimize lead scoring and attribution, and develop landing pages and content that convert across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital/performance marketing experience with B2B or B2B2C growth.
• Proven paid media strategy, campaigns, budgets, and agency management.
• Experience with SEO, AI-driven search strategies (AEO/GEO).
• Experience with lead generation, attribution, and CRM tech.
• Proficient in analytics tools like GA4, GTM, BI platforms.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, content syndication; device leads first.
• Develop SEO, AEO, GEO strategies to boost brand visibility and organic traffic.
• Manage digital agency partners: strategy, budgets, performance, KPI accountability.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Brand, Creative, Influencer Marketing on landing pages and content.
• Partner with Sales Ops & Analytics to optimize lead scoring and attribution across tech stack.
• Set channel benchmarks and analyze campaign and pipeline performance; provide actionable recommendations.
• Build a continuous testing/optimization roadmap for creative, content, landing pages, and forms.
• Strengthen consumer awareness and connect activity to provider demand and pipeline.
